The Archon Type B STA is Para Bellum’s fully customizable 9mm pistol program. Moreover, it is built to order and distributed exclusively in Switzerland. It is engineered around Archon Firearms’ patented AF-Speedlock non-tilting barrel system. As a result, this pistol delivers an exceptionally flat shooting cycle. In addition, it offers fast target recovery and outstanding accuracy. Therefore, it is a benchmark choice for competition shooters, law enforcement and certified civilian operators alike.
Build It Your Way
Every build is assembled to your exact specification. First, you choose the platform, the slide finish and the grip tape. Then, you select the barrel length, the threading and the optic cut. Finally, you add any optional upgrades before checkout. As a result, no two configurations have to be the same. Furthermore, each one is inspected and test-fired by our STA team before delivery.

Why Choose the Archon Type B STA
The AF-Speedlock locking system keeps the barrel in line with the bore axis. Consequently, it reduces muzzle rise and lets you stay on target between shots. In addition, the pistol uses a flat-faced trigger and a short reset. It also features a modular grip. For example, it accepts 12, 15 or 18-round magazines. Because of this, the 9mm is equally at home on the range, in the holster and in a duty role. Finally, optic footprints cover RMR, RMS-c and ACRO. Suppressor-ready barrels are also available with a 1/2×28 thread.
