Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders involving regulated products may require additional processing time for identification and permit verification before shipment.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, and France. Deliveries to Germany and France are carried out exclusively through our authorized partner gun dealers (armureries partenaires), licensed in the destination country, who handle local legal formalities and hand over the product directly to the eligible customer. Other international shipments, where permitted, are subject to additional export control and customs requirements and may only be available to verified professional or institutional customers.
Shipping Policy for Regulated Products
Firearms, ammunition, and other restricted items are shipped in accordance with Swiss federal and cantonal weapons legislation, as well as the applicable weapons legislation of Germany and France for cross-border orders. Depending on the product and destination, delivery may require: valid identification and a weapons acquisition permit or equivalent authorization presented at the time of delivery, collection in person at an authorized location or licensed dealer, or transfer through a licensed firearms dealer in your country or canton of residence. We reserve the right to suspend delivery of any order until all required documentation has been verified.
Shipping Costs and Timeframes
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and product category. Standard delivery within Switzerland typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch; deliveries to Germany and France via our partner dealers typically take 3-10 business days depending on local verification requirements. Orders over CHF 1,000.- qualify for free standard shipping within Switzerland, as indicated on our website.

We work with reputable carriers experienced in the transport of regulated goods, as well as a network of licensed partner gun dealers in Germany and France. A tracking number or collection notice will be provided when your order ships or is ready for collection, where available.
