1. Scope of these Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all orders placed on parabellum.swiss, operated by Para Bellum SA (IDE CHE-225.819.419), Switzerland (“Para Bellum”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Legal Requirements
Para Bellum sells firearms, ammunition, silencers, and related regulated equipment exclusively to law enforcement agencies, military entities, and certified civilian operators who hold all permits and authorizations required under Swiss federal and cantonal weapons legislation. By ordering restricted products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the applicable legal minimum age), that you hold any weapons acquisition permit, license, or professional certification required for the specific product, and that you will comply with all applicable import, export, transport, and storage regulations. We reserve the right to request valid identification and permit documentation before confirming or shipping any order, and to refuse or cancel any order where legal requirements are not met.
For customers located in Germany and France, regulated products are sold and delivered exclusively through our authorized partner gun dealers (armureries partenaires), licensed in the customer’s country of residence. These partner dealers are responsible for verifying local permits, conducting identity checks, and ensuring full compliance with German and French weapons legislation before any regulated product is handed over.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify our catalogue and prices at any time. An order is considered accepted only once you receive a confirmation email from us.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full through one of the secure payment methods available at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery of regulated products is subject to additional verification and may require signature, in-person collection, or transfer through an authorized dealer, as required by law. For deliveries to Germany and France, regulated products are shipped to and collected from our partner gun dealers in the customer’s country of residence. 6. Returns and Cancellations
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions of sale. For safety and regulatory reasons, certain items, including ammunition and fired or transferred firearms, may not be eligible for return once shipped.
7. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as specified on the relevant product page. Para Bellum will facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer where applicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Para Bellum’s liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Para Bellum is not liable for any misuse, unlawful use, or unsafe handling of any product sold.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts at the registered seat of Para Bellum, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
